Do3D Terms & Policies

By purchasing any digital product or membership from Do3D, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Policies.

1. Digital Products

All products sold by Do3D are digital products delivered electronically unless otherwise stated. No physical items will be shipped.

2. License

Upon purchase, Do3D grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased files for your personal use only. All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and ownership of the files remain exclusively with Do3D and/or the respective creator.

You agree to the following:

• Do not redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the digital files.

• Do not upload the files to any website, cloud storage service, marketplace, repository, or file-sharing platform.

• Do not modify, adapt, or create derivative works for the purpose of redistribution, resale, or unauthorized distribution.

• Do not claim ownership, authorship, or intellectual property rights to the files or designs.

3. Downloads

Purchased files will remain available through your Do3D account. If you are unable to access a purchased file, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access. Access may be suspended or terminated if your account is suspended due to violations of these Terms or for abusive, fraudulent, or harassing conduct.

4. Membership

Membership benefits are available only while your subscription remains active. Benefits, including file claims, discounts, exclusive content, and member pricing, expire upon cancellation or termination of the membership unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Automatic Renewal

Membership subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Do3D to charge your designated payment method for all recurring subscription fees until cancellation.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not affect access to benefits through the remainder of the current billing period. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final. Refunds will only be provided where required by applicable law.

8. Product Updates

Do3D may, at its sole discretion, update, improve, modify, or discontinue products at any time. Unless expressly stated on the applicable product page, future updates or revisions are not guaranteed.

9. Product Compatibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary software, hardware, equipment, and technical knowledge required to use the purchased products prior to completing a purchase.

10. Printed Results Disclaimer

Do3D provides digital 3D model files only and does not manufacture, inspect, or certify physical prints made from those files. The quality, accuracy, strength, fit, finish, functionality, and safety of any printed part depend on factors beyond our control, including printer calibration, print settings, materials, hardware, software, scaling, post-processing, assembly, and user experience.

By purchasing and using our files, you acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with printing, assembling, modifying, and using the resulting physical objects. Do3D shall not be liable for print failures, material waste, defective prints, property damage, personal injury, or any other loss or damage arising from the use of physical parts produced from our digital files.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Do3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, any product, membership, or service. In all cases, Do3D's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable purchase or membership.

12. Amendments

Do3D reserves the right to modify these Terms & Policies at any time. The most current version will be published on this page. Continued use of our website, products, services, or membership following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
